Kopu Huri Womb Healing
1-1 in person session
Service Description
"Kopu Huri" means "Turning the Womb". A return, a remembering, a reweaving of the sacred feminine within. This is a soulful and intuitive journey that supports you in reconnecting with the deep wisdom, memory, and magic held in your womb space. Kōpū Huri womb healing is an embodied practice that supports reconnection, release, and restoration in the womb space, a place that holds far more than just physical memory. For many of us, the womb carries layers of lived experience: emotions we’ve had to hold, transitions we’ve moved through, grief, stress, creativity, power, and untold stories, ancestral imprints. Over time, these can show up as disconnection, tension, emotional heaviness, or a sense of being out of sync with ourselves. This healing offers a calm, safe space to soften back into your body and reconnect with this centre. What this healing supports Kōpū Huri can support you if you’re experiencing: ✔️Emotional heaviness or feeling disconnected from your body ✔️Life transitions such as motherhood, loss, change, or identity shifts ✔️Stored stress, grief, or unprocessed emotions ✔️A sense of being stuck, numb, or disconnected from your inner world ✔️A desire to reconnect with your intuition, creativity, and sense of self This work honours the womb as a centre of emotional, energetic, and creative intelligence, not something that needs to be “fixed”, but listened to. What a session feels like Sessions are slow, gentle, and deeply supportive. You’re guided to rest, breathe, and reconnect with your body while the healing supports emotional release and energetic rebalancing. Touch, where used, is always respectful, consent-based, and focused on creating safety and ease within the nervous system. Many people experience a sense of grounding, emotional softening, clarity, or deep rest. Others notice subtle shifts unfolding over time, feeling more connected, grounded, or more at home within themselves. There’s no right way to experience this work. Your body leads, always. A whole-person approach Kōpū Huri womb healing supports wellbeing across: Emotional — allowing feelings to surface, move, and release Mental — calming the mind and easing internal holding patterns Physical — supporting relaxation and reconnection with the body Spiritual — deepening trust, intuition, and inner listening This practice is offered as part of a grounded, trauma-aware approach to healing and is always adapted to meet you where you are.
