Refund Policy
Thank you for booking a session, workshop, or event. I deeply value your time, energy, and trust, and this policy is here to help us both feel clear, supported, and respected.
1:1 Sessions
All 1:1 sessions are non-refundable, as each session is held especially for you.
If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 42 hours before your session, and we’ll happily find a new time that works for you.
Cancellations or reschedule requests within 42 hours of your session may unfortunately not be accommodated, and the session will be considered used.
Late arrivals: Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. Late arrivals may shorten the session, but the full fee will still apply.
Trainings, Workshops & Wellness Events
Tickets for trainings, workshops, and wellness events are non-refundable.
If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another person—just let me know who will be attending in your place.
If personal circumstances arise, tickets may also be transferred to another date or event, subject to availability.
Special Circumstances
Life can be unpredictable. Exceptions due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances are considered with care at the discretion of the business owner.
In the unlikely event that a session or event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, natural disaster, or government restrictions), I will offer a reschedule or transfer to another date where possible.
Booking Confirmation & Responsibility
By booking, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your own attendance, as well as the details of any ticket transfers.
To reschedule a session or transfer a ticket, please contact me at info@staceyannebernadette.com.
These guidelines help me create safe, sacred, and intentional spaces for everyone attending, ensuring a supportive and nurturing experience for all.

What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
