I see healing as a shared journey of exploration and learning. Together, we gently map what’s happening for you, noticing patterns, emotions, and possibilities as they arise.

Some sessions may feel reflective and talk-based. Others may feel more embodied, somatic, or more intuitive. Often its a blend of both - meeting you where your at on the day.
There’s no fixing, no pressure, no rushing, no expectation to arrive anywhere quickly. Healing is about restoring connection within yourself, within your body, and within your life. So you can move forward feeling more grounded, clearer and more resourced.
