Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, that also promotes healing. The treatment involves the laying on of hands, gently placed on the body. Life force energy (also known as ''Chi''or ''Qi'' in China and ''Prana'' in India) is channeled into the body. If life force energy is low, we are likely to become sick or feel stress; and if it is high, we are more capable of living a happy and fulfilled life. ​ When your vibrational frequency drops in an area of your body, the immune system can become weak. Bacteria grows in the cells of the body, which create disease. ​ Trapped emotions stored in our muscles and organs can carry 'negative charge' if they are not able to flow through. This can affect our physical, mental and emotional health. Disharmony and imbalance in the body's energy field show up long before it becomes a physical issue. Essentially, when you feel unbalanced, either physically, mentally or emotionally, Reiki helps to realign the bodies subtle vibrations. Balancing the left and right brain -masculine and feminine. Reiki helps manage and heal a wide range of health conditions, including, stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, infertility... and much more. ​ Reiki is a powerful tool to help you raise the vibration in all areas. When life force energy is channeled into the body's energy centers/chakras by a practitioner, the frequency levels rise. The organs of the body function with vitality. The body and mind feel calmer and quieter. ​ A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance flowing through and around you. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement. Everyone can use. It works well in conjunction with all other medical and therapeutic techniques, to relieve side effects and promote recovery. ​ Distant Reiki We are all connected and part of a larger whole. Distant Reiki Healing is carried out over time and space. It works on the ancient Hermetic Law of Similarity. You do not have to be physically present to receive the healing. You can be located anywhere in the world. My clients have the option to join me on Zoom to receive the healing or rest alone in receival of the healing at a allocated time. Before the session you receive a guide on how to prepare for the healing session, including a guided meditation. A soul reading will be completed after the healing has finished along with a full report.
